At Malvasonali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and easy return and refund process. Please read the following details to understand how our return and refund policy works.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Furniture must be free from any damage or signs of wear and tear.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  4. Non-returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable for reasons of hygiene, customization, or safety. These will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@malvasonali.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please include a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging the Item: Please securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Note: Shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged during transit or if there was an error on our part.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Here’s how the refund process works:

  1. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
  2. Refund Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
  3. Restocking Fee: In certain cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items, particularly for large or bulky items. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as non-returnable or final sale (e.g., custom furniture or special orders) will not be refunded.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. We will process your return according to the steps outlined above.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 5 days of receiving the damaged or defective item at info@malvasonali.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
  2. Return or Replacement: We will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on your preference and availability of the item.

Late Returns

Returns that are postmarked after the 30-day return window will not be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances. In such cases, please reach out to us to discuss possible solutions.
